Our October 13th doll show was a success thanks to our wonderful vendors and the hard work of club members. Here is the club's charity booth, full of a variety of donated dolls looking for a good home, with the proceeds going to charity.
Our special exhibit on the history of doll bodies greeted show goers.
The show offered a wide variety of dolls, from antique to contemporary, with something for every taste and budget. There were bisque beauties. . . .
BJD belles. . . .
batches of Barbies. . . .
big dolls. . . .
little dolls. . . .
babies. . . .
bears. . . .
holiday decorations. . . .
. . . . and a whole lot more!
Then we revealed was our extra-special secret door prize. . . .two American Girl dolls AND a huge assortment of accessories and clothing.
Thank you to all those who attended. Sadly, the club has decided that because of the increasing costs, as well as all the work and time involved, this will be our final doll show, ending a 43-year tradition.
